Order Processing: All orders are custom-made and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times: Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different dates.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at chucklezcharmz@gmail.com. within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
